"Took Me a Little While to Get Used To"
It’s not bad overall, but I did find it a bit confusing at times. Once I spent some time with it, things started to make more sense, though I think it could be a little easier to use.

"Support came through, but the refund wasn’t super quick"
I had a problem with some credits on prankdial.com, so I reached out to support. They did get back to me, though it wasn’t exactly fast. The replies were kind of like, “we’ll look into it” and “can you explain what happened again,” so I ended up having to repeat myself, which was a little frustrating. In the end, they were able to process the refund, so I’ll give them credit for fixing it. Overall not a horrible experience, just wish it had been smoother and quicker. 3 stars.

"Fair price and good value"
The credits stretch further than I expected for the price. It just feels like a sensible deal—if you’re paying for credits, you want them to actually last a while, and these do

"I got some decent laughs out of it..."
I got some decent laughs out of it, but after a while the pranks started to feel repetitive. I’ve watched stuff like this before that kept surprising me more, so this one was fun in spots but didn’t totally stand out.

"Calls actually went through well"
I tried prankdial.com a few times and most of the calls went through fast. Like, quicker than I expected for something like this. One of them did take a little longer, which had me thinking it might not work, but then it ended up going through anyway. The call quality was decent too, and my friends actually picked up, which was the main thing. It wasn’t flawless or anything, but yeah, it worked better than I thought it would. I’d give it 4 stars
